Covid-19 Shipping Update

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.

We want to inform you that many countries have taken steps in response to the coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic that impact their postal operation and customer service. Delays in mail and package deliveries are common because of flight cancellation, so your package may be delay about 30 – 40 days, normally delivery time is 7-14 working days.

The method of delivery of the products is subject to the conditions applicable in the distribution companies. The company will do its best to advance the delivery time. It will be clarified that the company does not commit to delivery times and is not responsible for any delay in delivery times during this difficult time

WHAT SIZE AM I?

If you need to see which size is best for you, just look on ‘Size Chart’ which is located beside the photo on every product page. We generally make garments to fit exactly per the measurements and mold to your form. All of our garments are hand-made right here in Israel, so our garments undergo a stringent, itemized quality control check but small variances are possible.

AN ITEM IS MARKED AS 'SOLD OUT' WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN SOON?

If the size shows as “SOLD OUT” then all resources for the current stock for this range has been fully sold out and the item will be discontinued until further notice.

The company is known for its boutique collections. Egick maintains a small and unique collections and makes sure that you feel special.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS OF EGICK?

By Israeli Low, Under Garments ( All kind of Underwear, Swimwear, Swim Trunk ) CAN NOT be RETURN or EXCHANGE. So Please read the “SIZE CHART” Carefully.

ITEMS ON SALE are NOT refundable or exchangeable if you have simply changed your mind.

The company may update the terms of the regulations and its provisions from time to time, without giving prior notice. If the company decides to exchange an item purchased at full price for another item or for a promotion on the site, it will be possible up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase when the item is in good condition, not used, in its original packaging, with labels attached to it and the receipt.

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR AN EXCHANGE?

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility including currency conversion costs. For your first exchange of products or an order, we will ship your replacement free of charge. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, EGICK reserves the right to charge additional postage for the shipment back to you.
